En estos momentos tan difíciles, asumimos nuestra responsabilidad de proteger la salud y el bienestar tanto de nuestros empleados como de nuestros clientes. Es por eso que, para ayudar a frenar la propagación del coronavirus COVID-19, hemos decidido cerrar temporalmente nuestras tiendas.
Estamos constantemente analizando la situación y esperamos volver a abrir pronto. Si has realizado alguna compra después del 1 de febrero y deseas devolverla o cambiarla, te pedimos que esperes y tan pronto como reabramos nuestras puertas, gestionaremos el cambio o devolución. Sentimos mucho las molestias ocasionadas.
Esta crisis mundial nos ha hecho recordar que la empatía es un factor clave de la exploración, y ante la adversidad, seguiremos promoviendo el espíritu explorador que nos caracteriza. El distanciamiento no debe significar desconexión.
We value the health and well-being of our employees and customers above all else. For this reason we’ve temporarily closed all our stores and our staff are working from home wherever possible. We continue to support our employees around the world during this challenging time.
Additionally, as we’re all practicing social distancing, we’ve put together some digital content that allows you to continue exploring from home. You can exercise along with our athletes, sit back and enjoy archival footage of athlete expeditions or read a variety of stories on our blog.
Athlete tested. Expedition proven. This is the cornerstone of our brand and as such we’re doing all we can to protect the health and well-being of our athletes. By following the guidelines to stay at home, our athletes are taking the time to prepare for future expeditions so they’re ready to explore again once it’s safe to do so.
We want to continue to offer you an online shopping experience for as long as it’s safe to do so, though the health of our employees is our highest priority. We’re following all government advice and at the moment it’s possible to keep our warehouse and distribution centre open. This is because we’re able to ensure the required amount of social distancing as we’ve reduced staffing levels per shift.
As additional measures, we’ve hired further cleaning staff to ramp up both the frequency and extent of deep cleans in order to reduce risk wherever possible. We’ve introduced our own rules and guidelines on social distancing in all areas, including the canteen. In the event of infection or contamination, we’re working with an external supplier that can rapidly and extensively instigate a deep clean of the entire facility.
If one of our staff members develops COVID-19, to protect the health and well-being of all of our employees we may have to close our warehouse and distribution centre.
Due to local restrictions, some regions are experiencing minor delays, but we’re working with our delivery partners to ensure the smooth and safe delivery of orders. You can follow the status of your delivery using the tracking information included in your Shipping Confirmation email.
To practice social distancing to keep you and couriers safe, our delivery partners have temporarily removed the need to sign for your order replacing it with contactless collection. Though you’re still required to be at home to receive your delivery, but distance between you and the courier will be maintained.
In countries where we have previously offered delivery point drop offs, we have temporarily disabled the option for now.
Yes, of course. If you’re not satisfied with you order and it’s unworn, in the state you received it with the original packaging (including the hang tag) you can still return it. We’ve doubled our returns period to 60 days, so if restrictions prevent you from returning it at the moment, you have time to do so when the situation changes.
If you wish to return an item purchased in store after the 1st of February, we kindly ask you to hold on to it for now. As soon as we reopen our doors, we can process it for you. We’re really sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Hopefully our stores won’t be closed too much longer.
